'pandoc README.md -o README.pdf' totally clobbers the feature list.
Add newlines to fix.

Also fix one typo and a pair of quotes.

Remove some whitespace at beginning of macro definitions in order to
make rechnung.dtx work with docstrip 2.5e as of TeXlivev 2018.
