Thomas Hochstein 7f04883ef1 Update PHP Markdown lib and get MarkdownExtra working. (#54)
* Get MarkdownExtra working.

It's not enough to import the right library
(Markdown or MarkdownExtra); you'll have to
call the right functions, too!

For the "classic" implementation, there's no
difference, as it seems.
