Thomas Hochstein f88dfd7c0e Add German translations to plugins (2nd pass). 
Added German translation to the following plugins:

* event_dpsyntaxhighlighter
* event_flickr
* event_linklist / plugin_linklist
* event_textlinkads
* plugin_feedburnersidebar
* plugin_ggopis
